Stress management tips for business with Courtney Peacock

Happy New Year! It's been a couple of weeks since I released a new episode, I know. This year I got serious about taking a vacation for the holidays. Well, I did the damn thing and now I'm back, I'm refreshed and I am so stoked to share this new episode with you.

I am talking to my friend Courtney Peacock. Courtney is an Austin-based life and business performance coach who specializes in helping people manage stress, create sustainable structure, and reframe their perspective so they can increase their impact without burning out.

I interview her on this episode of the podcast to talk about stress management in business and how we can be more productive as makers flying solo!

I know when a new year comes, especially after the year that we just had, it feels exciting - there's a lot of great energy. I also know that when you sit back down at your desk to do work that first day it feels a little bit overwhelming. Maybe you're excited but I can also sense that you have a lot that you want to accomplish this year and there may be some added stress and overwhelm that comes along with that.

Right now, you've got a blank slate in front of you and stress may creep in so Courtney's amazing tips come at a great time and will help us keep our cool. We're gonna sail into 2021 right and we’re gonna do it together.

Go listen!
