I’m a multi-passionate 2x business owner, mom, military spouse, entrepreneur, CEO, and coach who is obsessed with helping ambitious women step into their power and purpose, on purpose.

I’ve spent two decades honing my interpersonal communications skills as an award-winning PR pro, developing unique coaching methods, learning, experimenting and designing results-driven strategies to achieve the ultimate joy, success, abundance and peace in my life and, now, I want to share it all with you.

As the Founder + CEO of the popular women’s networking group, The Small Town Social®, I have a particular passion for teaching women from all walks of life how to deepen the relationships they have with themselves and others through socials, workshops, and conferences.
